What we collect and why
We collect your name, company, email address and phone number to process your enquiry and prepare a possible introduction. Your phone number is collected for the provider’s application process; we do not use it for sales calls. We also save any company details you select, your submission time, the form notice version and technical identifiers used to prevent duplicate submissions. Providing these details is voluntary; we need them to handle an enquiry.
How we use your enquiry
We use the details you submit in our legitimate interests to handle the enquiry you requested and protect the service from duplicate or abusive submissions. Submitting the form does not sign you up for emails or sales calls. We do not send an automatic email to you. You can ask us to stop processing your enquiry or delete your details by contacting us. Sharing your details with a finance provider requires separate permission.
Company search
The company name or registration number you search is sent to Companies House to retrieve public company records. If you select a company, we save its name, number, registered address and status. Selection does not verify your authority to act for it or establish eligibility for finance.
Who receives your details
Your enquiry is stored privately and emailed to the team handling enquiries. Hosting and storage are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; Resend delivers the notification to our email service. These providers process information to operate the service and may process it outside the UK. You can contact us for information about the arrangements that apply to your enquiry. There is no public enquiry listing. We identify a proposed finance provider and ask your permission before sharing your details with that provider.
How long we keep information
Enquiries are marked for review after 90 days. We keep information while it is needed to handle an active enquiry, and remove information that is no longer needed unless a legal obligation or dispute requires us to retain it. Email copies are included in that review. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, or request a portable copy where applicable. Email us to exercise these rights or withdraw any separate sharing permission. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not make automated lending decisions or profile you for credit.
Browser behaviour
This page does not add advertising analytics or use local storage. Hosting services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Your browser may offer its own autofill.
